Easy Trucking Software Features

To follow is an explanation of each feature, along with a screen shot that I am sure you will find helpful. 

Easy Trucking Software was designed with these powerful tools specifically for you, to assist you in navigating the program and tracking your trucking operation.

The toolbar below is on every screen in Easy Trucking Software - Profit Per Mile and Fuel Manager.

SORT

When you click on the SORT button on the bottom toolbar, the screen below will pop up.
The sort feature allows you to define how you want to sort your records.  Select your sort order from the left hand selections and click on Move to add to your Sort Order.    Then click on the Sort button.  Now you can move through your Trip Entries using your Forward Record or Back Record buttons. 
If at some time some records seem to be gone, click on the Find All button.  See more on this feature below under FIND ALL.

LIST VIEW

Click on the List View button and you will see a screen similar to what you see below.   Any of these columns can be resorted by clicking on the small box to the left of the underscored column name, i.e. Date, Truck Number, Trip Number, Load Status, From, To and Balance Due.   Doing so will resort the data by the column clicked.  Quickly and easily find all loads that still have a Balance Due.  Click to see what truck number hauled what.

Also in the list view you can double click on a truck number to see only those trips hauled by that truck.

Double click on any shipper or receiver and see all the loads that were sent or received by that particular company.

To be able to view ALL your entries again, go to the upper left corner of screen to Find All.  Click on it and all your entries will reappear.

FIND

Click on the FIND button and you’ll see a screen just like this.  Put in the information you want to find in the appropriate area, i.e. Truck number, Trip Number, Shipper ID, etc. 
Find a specific trip number quickly enter, click on the FIND button and put in just the Trip Number and hit the Enter key on the right side of your keyboard located just above the Shift key.
Pretty easy.

FIND ALL

Before exiting your Easy Trucking Software program click on FIND ALL.  Some people become confused and frustrated when they go to the List View or are moving through their entries by using the Forward Record/Back Record buttons and see only a few entries and think the program has dropped or deleted their entries.  Not so, just click on the Find All and all your entries reappear.  Easy Trucking Software does not just drop entries, this program is very reliable.

HELP

Don’t forget about the little blue ?  on the toolbar below.  This toolbar again is on every page in the Easy Trucking Software program.  HELP will give you information for each screen and a description of the content.
